  13. A brief description;
  14.  
  15. The Employee Benefits Caclulator is a program (originally designed 
  16. for a dental group in Columbus, Ohio) that easily and quickly tracks 
  17. employee benefits. The employee's salary is first entered based upon 
  18. a user selectable pay period. Each benefit that the employer pays is 
  19. then entered based on this same pay period. The benefits can be 
  20. entered as a straight dollar amount or as a percentage of salary. The 
  21. calculator does the rest! 
  22.  
  23. At review time, the employer simply prints out the compensation report 
  24. to present to the employee. The report details exactly what benefits
  25. the employer pays, ensuring that each employee understands that salary
  26. is not the only compensation received!

  28. Several other reports are also available in the system. These include:

  31.         2) Employee work phone report
  32.         3) Employee home phone report
  33.         4) Employee birthday report
  34.         5) Employee review date report
